This 2006 BMW 330Ci ZHP convertible is finished in Sparkling Graphite Metallic over black cloth and Alcantara, and it is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. This example is equipped with the ZHP Performance Package, which consists of M Aerodynamic bodywork, front sport seats, revised interior trim, M Sport suspension, and 18″ M Double Spoke wheels. Additional features include heated and power-adjustable front seats, xenon headlights, automatic climate control, and a Harman-Kardon sound system. It was first delivered to BMW of North Scottsdale in Arizona and relocated to California in October 2008, where it was acquired by the seller in November 2020. Subsequent service included replacement of the upper radiator hose, drive belts, and belt tensioners. This E46 ZHP now has just under 60k miles and is offered at no reserve with a wind deflector, service records, a Davis report, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Sparkling Graphite Metallic (A22) with a black soft top and features Shadowline trim, M Aerodynamic lower bodywork, automatic bi-xenon headlights, and clear side markers and front and rear turn signals. A video demonstrating soft top functionality is provided here.

Staggered-width 18″ M Double Spoke wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires up front and Pirelli P Zero tires out back, both of which the seller states were installed approximately 4k miles ago. The seller also notes that brake components and two wheels were replaced during prior ownership at 55k miles, and curb marks on the right-side wheels are visible in the gallery below. ZHP equipment consists of an M Sport suspension with larger diameter sway bars and strengthened lower control arms.

The cabin features seating upholstered in black cloth and Alcantara (G7AT), while black cube trim on the dashboard, door panels, and center console. Equipment includes power-adjustable and heated front seats with adjustable lumbar support and driver memory settings, along with automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, BMW-branded floor mats, a Harman-Kardon sound system with an in-dash CD player. A Rexing V1 dash camera is fitted and included in the sale.

The leather-wrapped M-branded steering wheel frames a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and fuel economy. The digital odometer indicates just under 60k miles, approximately 300 of which were added by the seller.

The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six was factory rated at 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque in ZHP specification, and power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. 2020 services consisted of a transmission fluid and filter replacement in September, as well as replacement of an upper radiator hose, drive belts, and tensioners in December. Results from a pre-purchase inspection performed in October 2020 are provided in the gallery below, and a start up video is viewable here.

Additional underside photos can be seen in the gallery below.

Factory literature, service records, a Davis report, and wind deflector with storage case are included in the sale. Two keys are also included, though the seller notes that the remote functions for one do not work.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration, emissions, and service history in Arizona and California between March 2006 and its most recent entry in December 2020.

Driving demonstrations are provided above and below.
